- 800m Run
3 Rounds for Max Reps at Each Station in 1 Minute
- Double Unders
- Toes to Bar
- Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
- 30 Seconds Rest after each round
- Do not rotate stations - peform 3 rounds of Double Unders before moving onto the Toes to Bar
- Score = Total Reps at Each Movement (3 scores)
