This upcoming Sunday is the next installment of our monthly Sunday Skills series. This month's session will be focusing on those elusive Double-Unders. With the Open starting February 22nd you can be sure they're on deck. The Skill Session will start at 9:00 and will run for approximately 30-45 minutes. We have added a Sunday Skills page to the Member Resources section of the website. To help the Coaches prepare we are asking people sign-up in advance if possible. You can do so by using the register button below or telling a Coach when you're at the gym.
